AI Suite
AI works in three places: reply drafts, form auto-QA, and portfolio insights. Every output goes through a review queue before it reaches a customer.
Reply drafts
When a manager receives a message from a customer, AI prepares a first-draft reply. Context includes the project's history, past messages, workspace templates, and a knowledge base (if connected). The manager refines or accepts the draft with one click.
Form auto-QA
After a form is submitted, AI checks:
- Completeness (every required field is filled in meaningfully).
- Internal consistency (no contradictions between answers).
- Outliers (values outside the usual range).
- Suspicious entities (non-existent domains, malformed IDs).
If anything looks off, AI creates a “Clarify with customer” task with specific questions — no manager involvement needed.
Portfolio insights
Every Monday, AI compiles a digest:
- Which projects went red, and why.
- Which tasks are blocking the most projects.
- Which customers have “gone quiet” longer than usual.
- Which project templates are moving slowest.
Review queue
Any AI output headed to a customer (a message, a report, an approval) goes through a review queue. The manager sees the context, can edit it, and approve it. Nothing reaches the customer before it's approved.
We use model providers under zero-retention agreements. Your data is never used to train our models or the providers' models. AI can be fully disabled at the tenant level in Settings → AI → Disable.
Configuration
In Settings → AI you can:
- Connect a custom knowledge base (URL, PDF, Markdown).
- Set the brand's tone of voice (formal, friendly, technical).
- Turn specific modules on or off (drafts, QA, insights).
- Define lists of banned topics and words.
