Integrations

HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Teams, Jira, Linear, Gmail, Drive, Notion. Two-way and native — not “via Zapier.”

HubSpot and Salesforce

Connect in a minute via OAuth. Once connected:

• A Won deal automatically creates a Pegalio project from the chosen template.
• Health, phase, and the go-live date sync back as custom properties.
• CRM contacts become project customers.
• Closed-lost archives the project without losing data.

Slack and Teams

The Slack and Teams apps create a channel per project (optional) and post notifications for key events:

• New project, milestone closed, task overdue, form submitted.
• A mention from the customer portal.
• Escalations and approval requests.

Slash commands: /onboard status <client> shows a project's health; /onboard create <client> creates a project.

Jira and Linear

Tasks sync both ways. Create a task in Pegalio and it appears in Jira/Linear with the right team and project. Status changes sync automatically.

Gmail, Outlook, Drive, Notion

Connecting via OAuth gets you:

• Attaching emails to tasks and projects.
• Auto-parsing status from an email's subject (optional).
• Links to Drive/Notion pages with no copies — a preview right inside the task.

Webhooks

23 events are available as webhooks signed with HMAC-SHA256. More in the REST API reference.
